    Greetings to all Members,

A unique feature that makes any software useful and effective is its user experience.
No matter what you incorporate in the software but if the user is not comfortable to understand and use it, it may be looked upon as another software. The user may buy a software and end up not using it or securing it in their drawers. There are many cases where the complexity of the software proved to be a reason for the user to avoid using it.

iBee Information Systems Honey-Dent Practice Management software is made keeping user experience factors in mind. Every user should find it comfortable to use and quickly grasp each topic. Practically not all features incorporated in a software are useful to a Dentist, however too much of information and topics within a software can make it look complex in nature.

New age software are concise, user driven and simple to use(even for a receptionist).

    Regards,
    iBee Information Systems

According to us the software should have all the possible features but nothing should be mendatory. according to the usage / requirement of each user, they them self will decide what all features / option are usefull for them and will use the software accordingly.

    Thanks

     Hello Team Saral,

Thanks for the reply. We agree completely to the above thoughts, however again we reiterate that having too many features may give complex look to the software. While it is certainly on the user to decide, the question again remains that whether the user is finding it simple to use from so many features available.

Honey-Dent takes care of the required features within its software, still keeping in mind that options should still be kept non-mandatory for a smooth & customized user experience.

All suggestion and feedbacks are always welcome.
