A 16 yr old pt is having these 2 pink spots on the dorsal surface since July month…earlier it was one spot only n was in the midsurface…pt also was having canine erupted palatally.. so suspected that it might be because of that canine..so got extracted it n applied gumex onto the surface..after applying gumex ..the pink spot vanish away but when gumex stopped..after 2-3 weeks it again raised on the dorsal surface ..this time 2 spots..no burning or itching..but little sensation onto that surface..what might be the reason…what is diagnosis..n what is treatment plan..
