    There is no problem wid dis kind of approach .. only during access opening the crown should not be damaged or the vibrations from the handpiece should not disrupt luting cement..

    There can be three types of C shaped canal anatomy.. Complete, Semicolon shaped and three distinct orifices.. Its occurance is more common in case of mandibular second molar.. In clinical scenario it is more important to achieve complete cleaning of dis canal..
