    Cases in which it is difficult to condence composite to base floor and axial wall of tooth, there we use flowable composite. so in pits and fissure and proximal box.

    postoperative sensitivity is most common problems with this cases, how to avoid it? other than using sensitivity toothpaste.

    I think higher the mobility or periapical infection of tooth more the imp of postoperative medication. It takes longer time to heal this lesion. So more chance of getting infection in open wound.
