FOR ATTENTION OF DENTAL STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION IN FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES / INSTITUTIONS!!
All the concerned Indian students and their parents are informed that before taking admission in foreign institutions in dentistry at UG/PG level, they should confirm the status of the University/institutions from the Dental Council of India as well as to get the eligibility certificate before getting admission in foreign universities as it has come to the notice of the Dental Council of India that there are many institutions in foreign countries who do not confirm the standard of Dental Education at par with the Dental Council of India and moreover, they are taking excess admissions against the norms of DCI particularly in the PG courses. In case, any students take the admission in such institutions / Universities, shall do so at their own risks and costs consequence as their Foreign Dental qualification may not be considered for recognition by Dental Council of India as per the provisions of Screening Test Regulations, 2009 and they would not be allowed to practice Dentistry in the country including teaching.
