    Dear all eminent implantologists

    Male patient :- Age 41 years. No relevant medical history

    Site :- Lower left 2nd premolar & 1st molar. In first molar height from crest of ridge to IAN is 6.7 mm & width is 11.1 mm . In 2nd premolar height from crest if ridge to IAN is 10 mm & width is 8.4 mm

    What best can be done for this patient ?
