     Keeping the television set on and a variety of magazines in the waiting room can help maintain decorum in the waiting room

    Also keeping books that will appeal to children wil also help

    Another thing to remember especially by the receptionists is to remember the appointment schedule and avoid arguments between any patients

     Receptionists must also greet the patient. Most of the receptionists do not do that
