    Female patient. No relevant medical history.

    Age : 36 years

    C/C : Pain around imapcted right lower wisdom tooth since a month

    O/E: No extra oral swelling.

    Deeply carious wisdom tooth

    Is this a lesion around wisdom tooth or a radiographic artifact ?

    Please opine.
