Hi!

My book ‘Managing a dental practice the Genghis Khan way’ is now avaialble in India, and probably in Nepal and Sri Lanka. Sales are going well, but so far I have not had any fedback from dentists who have purchased the book. I would like to know if the book helps you manage your clinic, if it has everything you want to know about, and if there is anything you want me to explain a bit more to you.

What percentage of the professional receipts should be the staff salaries. ? would like to have your viewpoint.
